Homemaker Services
Do you need assistance around the house? Are your daily chores becoming too stressful? Or perhaps you just need an extra hand because you no longer have the energy or the strength to handle the daily tasks around the house?
Our Skilled Nursing Service Includes:
- Diabetes Management and Treatment
- IVs and IV medication

Our registered nurses will follow established agency policies and procedures, federal and state regulations, and nursing standards of practice. They will perform physical assessments, track and report results to client’s physicians, as well as provide other case management services. They will partner with other medical professionals and our client’s physicians to ensure that all client’s health needs are met. Our registered nurses will also provide medication setup, refill and monitor the effectiveness of the medication as required by our client’s physician and keep the physician up-to-date on the progress of the client. Guaranteed Home Health Care LLC’s nurses supervise our trained PCA’s with regard to the care of all our clients
Our licensed practical nurses assist our registered nurses in providing total client care following established agency policies and procedures, federal and state regulations, and nursing standards of practice. They perform any or all professional nursing duties as determined by qualifications and training and perform non-professional nursing duties as necessary. Our licensed practical nurses also provide medication setups, refill and monitor the effectiveness of medications as required by our client’s physician and keep the physician up-to-date on progress. Guaranteed Home Health Care LLC’s nurses supervise our trained PCA’s as they care for our clients
Our Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) are trained and supervised by our registered/licensed practical nurses to provide our clients with activities of daily living including:
- Bathing, dressing, and grooming services
- Administer medication as directed, check vital signs, and blood sugar levels
- Perform other treatments as delegated by supervising nurse
- Provide social and emotional support and activities
- Escort to meals and events as needed
- Provide exercise and range-of-motion assistance as directed by supervising nurse
